As an Indiana HCG Diet Doctor, David McLaughlin, M.D, and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioners, Megan Owens and Taylor Johnson, compassionately evaluate each patient and their individual needs. As a medical team, they create an environment where patients feel comfortable, while listening to their concerns and informing them about their options. Taylor Johnson, N.P.
Taylor completed her nursing degree at Indiana University in Bloomington. After graduating, she spent a year on an inpatient oncology unit at Bloomington Hospital. This is where she discovered her true passion in nursing was caring for women and the vital importance of preventative medicine. Taylor started pursuing graduate programs, and in the meantime, moved to Houston, Texas. She worked in women’s services at Kingwood Medical Center while completing her Master’s in Women’s Health from the University of Cincinnati in December of 2016.
Taylor recently moved back to the Indianapolis area to be closer to family after having her daughter in May 2017. Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband, Zach, and their daughter, Sawyer, and running with her dog, Reagan. Taylor is very excited for the opportunity to learn and train with two of the most knowledgeable practitioners in the hormone replacement and gynecological field.
My visit was with Nurse Practitioner Taylor Johnson. She was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I was given all the information I needed and highly recommend this office!
